What payment methods do you accept?

You can checkout using all types of credit and debit cards, using the PayPal Express payment option. We do not accept cash on delivery payments.

How secure is my online order?

When you shop online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then encrypted with SSL and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.


When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Generally all orders are processed within 1-2 business days of the order date and shipped the next business day (excluding weekends).

Once shipped, all tracking information will be sent via email. The tracking code received will give real-time updates on the parcel. If the tracking number is still not available after 3 working days from the shipment of the order, please contact us by mail.

What are the shipping costs?

All our products have FREE SHIPPING in Italy.

Due to the large amount of orders we are receiving, we have implemented the PRIORITY SHIPPING option during checkout, which means that we will give your order priority while it is being processed in our systems (it is not a faster shipping method than standard shipping). standard).

How can I track my order?

What if the items I received are faulty, incorrect or damaged?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you have received an incorrect, missing and/or defective product. Please include your order number, photographs of the items and any references relating to receipt of the package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How can I return my order?

Please contact us providing your order number and all the info to support your request. Our customer service will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

It should be noted that the entire cost of shipping the product to our office is always charged to the customer and is non-refundable

How long does the return process take?

Returns can take up to 7 working days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed.

When can a return request not be accepted?

Unfortunately we cannot accept unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

  • Product not appreciated by the customer
  • Items purchased by mistake
  • Shipping address provided incorrectly
  • Product not collected by the customer during delivery
